My Approach/Holistic Healing
Top Down & Bottom Up Healing
Traditional talk therapy often takes a “top down” approach, focusing on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create meaningful change. Holistic and somatic approaches work more from the “bottom up,” focusing on the nervous system, the body, and how stress and trauma are experienced physically.
As a holistic therapist, I integrate both approaches.
I combine traditional psychotherapy with mind-body approaches such as Brainspotting and EFT tapping to support healing in a way that feels collaborative, personalized, and grounded.
There is no one-size-fits-all healing process. Some clients come to therapy after years of feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Others are seeking a deeper connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and realistic. I believe in progress over perfection, and healing that honors your individuality, lived experience, and nervous system.
You are not broken. You do not need to become a completely different person to deserve support, healing, or fulfillment.
