We may be a good therapeutic fit for my practice if you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, collaborative, grounded, and authentic. I believe healing works best when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self — without judgment, shame, or pressure to “have it all figured out.”

You may have tried traditional talk therapy before and still feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted. Or maybe this is your first time seeking support, and you’re looking for an approach that honors both the mind and body.

My work is rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, emotional awareness, and nervous system healing. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with holistic and somatic approaches in a way that feels personalized, collaborative, and supportive of your individual needs and comfort level.

I am probably not the right therapist for you if you’re looking for someone to “fix” you, give you all the answers, or tell you exactly who you should become. I believe you are already worthy of care, support, and healing exactly as you are.
