You don’t have to do this alone.

Maybe you’re the person who gets things done. You show up, handle what needs to be handled, and keep moving. From the outside, you may look strong, capable, independent, or like you have it all together.

But being able to function doesn’t necessarily mean you’re okay. You don’t have to keep holding everything together.

Sometimes you’ve been functioning for so long that you realize you’re moving through life on autopilot—checking things off the list, taking care of responsibilities and other people, and feeling disconnected from yourself somewhere along the way.

You may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, perfectionism, relationship concerns, trauma, or simply the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long.

You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart to deserve support.

Maybe you’re ready for something to feel different.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, notice patterns, reconnect with yourself, and figure out what you actually need—not just what everyone else needs from you.

We can work together on things like anxiety and overthinking, depression, stress and overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundaries, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, life transitions, career stress, grief, and feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in.

Sometimes “I just don’t want to keep feeling like this” is enough of a place to start.

Therapy with me

Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to perform—where you don’t have to have the right answer, keep everyone else comfortable, minimize what you’re feeling, or pretend you’re doing better than you are.

It’s a place where you can make space and take space—to slow down, pay attention to yourself, and explore what you’re thinking, feeling, wanting, and needing.

You get to show up as your authentic self. You can come in overwhelmed, uncertain, frustrated, hopeful, exhausted, messy, motivated—or not even sure what you’re feeling yet. However you show up is welcome.

Together, we can build on the strengths and insight you already have while finding new tools that work for your real life.

Therapy isn’t about becoming a perfectly healed version of yourself. It can be about moving beyond autopilot, trusting yourself more, and feeling more like yourself again.
